All prices are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
All Evopower sales promotion activity will conform to, but is not limited to, the following set of guidelines. All online sales promotions are limited to products for sale through the Evopower website. Any sales promotion offers featured within a Evopower publication cannot be used in conjunction with a sales promotion offer featured on the Evopower website.
Evopower retains the right to operate more than one sales promotion at any one time. Evopower retains the right to change the terms and conditions of its sales promotions without prior notification. Should you return a product, the normal delivery fee will be charged based on the original order. Returns will be refunded at the price the products were purchased at E & OE.
Communications with Evopower
We welcome your comments regarding this site. However, comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications transmitted to Evopower will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Evopower shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute these communications to third parties without restriction. Evopower shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, and marketing products incorporating such information. Furthermore, you will take all responsibility for the content of your communication and warrant that it does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation or the intellectual property rights of third parties. You agree that Evopower may copy all or part of your communication in any response(s) it makes to you.
No guarantee, limitation of liability
Evopower assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions on any of it’s websites. Access to these sites is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, accuracy or non-infringement. There is no warranty that the information or equipment on these sites will fulfil any of your particular purposes or needs. Evopower shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation, cost of cover, lost revenues or lost profits, which may result from the use of these sites. However, this section shall not relieve Evopower or any other person of liability for damages that result from their own gross negligence or wilful tortuous misconduct, or from personal injury or wrongful death claims. Evopower works hard to ensure that the information provided on the Evopower websites is accurate and up-to-date, but due to the risk that the information may be compromised by software or procedural errors, Evopower does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on this site. Evopower reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. Evopower makes no representation that content provided on this site is applicable or appropriate for use in locations outside of the United Kingdom.
Applicable law may not allow for the limitation of liability set forth above, so this limitation of liability may not apply to you. If any part of this limitation on liability is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the aggregate liability of Evopower, under such circumstances for liabilities that otherwise would have been limited shall not exceed £100.
All product names, whether or not appearing in large print or with the trademark symbol, are trademarks of Evopower. The use or misuse of these trademarks or any other materials, except as permitted herein, is expressly prohibited. Further, please be advised that Evopower actively and aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
Evopower does not in any way, warrant that you, the buyer, can lawfully purchase, possess, carry or use any item which you may order, under any applicable UK and / or local laws. You, as buyer, warrant that you have checked those laws, that you are of legal age to purchase these items and that you are not under any legal disability which would in any way affect your ability to lawfully purchase them.
As a mail order company our warehouse is not ideal for you to view equipment prior to purchasing. However, we will try to accommodate. Please call 24 hours in advance to request a viewing. We can then let you know if your item is in stock. By placing an order you the customer confirm that you have read, understood and accepted Evopower\'s terms and conditions of business.

We are here to help you if you have any queries regarding an order or product. Call 01437 700 247 Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Please have your customer number to hand. Please allow at least 1 day over your selected delivery service before calling for an update.
Our Satisfaction Policy.
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items at your cost, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure that the items are insured to the correct value, if using a courier. Outbound delivery charges will not be refunded. Call or write within 7 days of purchase for authorisation to return or exchange your unwanted goods. See \'Returns procedure\' for more information.
We will send your order by your selected service, or the most efficient method. However, certain sizes and weights may require specific carriers to be used:
Items too heavy or large to be transported by standard shipment will be sent by pallet. If this is the case for your order, you will receive a freight quote. You will need to provide assistance for unloading individual items over 30kg. For palletised items, please inform us if you do not have a forklift.
Items requiring assembly/pre service checks.
All machinery must be fuelled, lubrication oil level checked and battery acid level checked prior to first use. Ordering of these items is on the understanding that the purchaser is competent or has employed someone competent to complete these tasks.
Due to logistical problems beyond our control, delivery to certain parts of the UK may take longer than advertised. Please speak with your Sales Rep for confirmation of delivery times.
All returns must be arranged through Customer Service, who will issue you with a returns authorisation number. There will be a minimum charge of 20% of purchase value to the customer if:
Items are found to have been used, misused or badly packaged on return.
Items returned, at your expense, are still your responsibility while they are in transit.
Evopower reserve the right to apply a handling charge to returned items. These items can be returned, at your expense, within 7 days of invoice provided:
They are unused, with all manuals, and in their original, undamaged packaging. (Please be aware that Evopower are not responsible for the return carriage).
Petrol/diesel powered items have fuel and oil removed.
Items returned within 7 days can be exchanged or you can decide to receive a refund, less our handling fee.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Items damaged in transit can be returned provided you have signed for the consignment as damaged and notify Customer Services within 24 hours of receipt (please have your packing slip to hand when you call the number above). Faulty items can be returned at any time during its warranty period. Please ensure items are suitably packed. Return carriage and packaging is the responsibility of the customer. The goods must be insured to the purchase value. Evopower will only accept responsibility for the machine when we have signed for the machine un-damaged at our premises.
Guarantee. We offer a 12 month (90 day commercial/business use) parts/return to base guarantee on all machines. Diesel powered machines have a 1000 hour and petrol powered 500 hour limit to the guarantee. This can be utilised in one of two ways:
- Parts Only - If a part fails, we will send you the new part. You will be responsible for fitting the new part and returning the old part to us by return. Failure to return the old part will invalidate the warranty.
- Return to Base (RTB) - If your machine fails, you return it to us and we will either repair it or replace it and send it back to you. The arrangement and cost of the return carriage is your responsibility. Evopower will only assume responsibility for the goods when we have signed for the delivery of goods from your courier. Please ensure that the goods are insured to the correct value in case of damage occurs enroute to ourselves. Evopower will pay for the cost of returning the machine to you, after repair/replacement (Highlands and Islands may incur a surcharge to cover the extra cost of carriage, please check before returning goods).
Neither Evopower nor the manufacturer can be held liable for fair wear and tear or misuse of the goods. In all circumstances, Evopower will only be liable for the cost of parts. If the machine is found to be functioning correctly, you will be charged for the return carriage. Consequential loss will not be paid.
If your machine is over 12 months (90 day commercial/business use) old, we will still repair it, but there will be a charge for parts and labour, please ask our service department for advice on costs etc.
Diesel generators have a 1000-hour limit to the warranty and petrol generators have a 500 hour limit to the warranty. All machines must have been serviced at the recommended intervals and service records kept, stating hours, date and service work undertaken, to prove this.
N.B. Wear items and accessories carry a 90-day guarantee. Water pumps and pressure washers, eg. seals and valves have a 30-day guarantee.
Batteries, recoil start cords, or remote start key fobs, where applicable are not covered under any guarantee .
A guarantee is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the generator from Evopower. An original invoice may be requested and must be produced in this instance before any work is carried out on any product. Consequential loss is not covered.
Our Payment Policy
Ownership of any and all items/goods, forming an order, shall not pass to You, the buyer, until payment has been made in full. All Goods and packaging received by You, will be maintained in a satisfactory condition and be satisfactorily insured against all risks until full payment relating to the Order is received by Us. Under certain conditions Your rights to possession of the Items/Goods can be terminated, in relation to, but not restricted to, having a bankruptcy order made against You, or You enter into liquidation. You agree that We, or Our representatives, may enter any premises where Items/Goods are or may be stored in order to inspect them, or recover them where possession has been terminated.
Cheques received with orders will be deposited on receipt. Back ordered items will not be charged until the item is in stock or available for delivery. We reserve the right to verify funds with your bank before delivery, which may cause a delay of up to 5 working days. A £15 service charge will be made on all returned cheques.
The Company reserves the right to make deliveries/and or services by instalments and to render a separate invoice in respect of each such instalment.
(B) If the Company exercises its right to make deliveries/and or services in accordance with sub-paragraph (A) above, then any delay in the provision of such deliveries/and or services, or failure to deliver any further instalment or instalments, shall not entitle the Buyer to reject the Contract or the delivery/service of any other instalment or to withhold payment in respect of any instalment previously delivered/serviced.
